Credits are the single currency behind every generation. Renders, floor plans, furniture removal, AI design chat and video walkthroughs all draw from the same monthly allowance. Not everything costs the same: heavier models, 4K quality and longer videos use more of it than a standard render, so the number of runs you get depends on what you make. Your credits refresh automatically at the start of every billing cycle, and unused credits do not roll over.

Standard covers up to 100 AI renders per cycle and Pro up to 190; Enterprise starts at up to 5,250. Those figures are for standard quality. Switch to a heavier model, 4K quality or a video walkthrough and the same allowance stretches to fewer runs.

Nothing is lost. Your projects, saved designs and downloads stay available; you just can’t start a new generation until credits are back. You can wait for the automatic refresh at the start of your next cycle, upgrade to a bigger plan (the credit difference is added right away), or buy another pack with the Get more credits button on this page.

Yes. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your credits and projects stay active. You can cancel any time in Settings → Edit Profile → Manage → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Yes, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect immediately: you’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle and the extra credits land on your account as soon as that payment clears. Downgrading also switches straight away, with no new charge. The unused part of what you already paid is credited against your future invoices.

Yes. Free renders carry a small MeltFlex watermark. Every paid plan produces clean, full-resolution images you can use in listings, client decks and presentations. Commercial use is covered by section 8.4 of our Terms.

The free tier can browse and place IKEA products. Paid plans unlock the full catalog: IKEA, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Wayfair, Rooms To Go, Pottery Barn, West Elm and Ashley Furniture, with live prices, so you can compare the same piece across stores before buying.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount you’re charged.

Yes. Enterprise plans add a shared credit pool across your team, unlimited saved projects, your own furniture catalog, custom PDF quote exports and API access. They start at up to 5,250 renders per cycle and scale up from there.
