Community Gallery Terms

These Community Gallery Terms ("Community Terms") apply when you publish a design, image, video, title, description or prompt (together, "Content") to the MeltFlex Community Gallery at meltflexai.com/community. They are in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where these Community Terms conflict with the general Terms & Conditions in relation to published Content, these Community Terms apply.

1. Acceptance

1.1. You accept these Community Terms by ticking the acceptance box and publishing Content to the Community Gallery. If you do not accept them, do not publish.

1.2. We record which version of these Community Terms you accepted, and when, each time you publish. Publishing again after these Community Terms change constitutes acceptance of the version then in force for that new post.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to publish Content.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Publishing to the Community Gallery is available on active paid plans only.

2.2. Images carrying a MeltFlex watermark cannot be published. Watermarks are applied at generation time, so a render produced on a free plan remains watermarked even after you subscribe.

2.3. You represent and warrant that you own the Content or have all rights, licences and permissions necessary to publish it and to grant the licence in section 3, and that the Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

2.4. If your Content depicts a property, interior or person belonging to someone else, you confirm you have their permission to publish it.

3. Licence You Grant to MeltFlex

3.1. You keep ownership of your Content. Publishing does not transfer copyright to us.

3.2. By publishing Content to the Community Gallery, you grant MeltFlex s.r.o. a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, crop, create derivative works from, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute the Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotional and other commercial purposes, with or without attribution to you.

3.3. This licence includes the right to use the Content in our website, apps, social media channels, paid advertising, printed and digital marketing materials, press and partner communications, product demonstrations, and the curated galleries on meltflexai.com.

3.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive, and agree not to assert, any moral rights in the Content against MeltFlex or those acting with our permission.

3.5. The licence in section 3.2 is perpetual and survives removal of your post, termination of your subscription and deletion of your account. This is necessary because published Content may already have been included in advertising, printed material or third-party channels that cannot be recalled. We will, however, stop making new use of the Content in our own channels on request where we reasonably can.

3.6. You are not entitled to any payment, royalty or other consideration for use of your Content under this licence, other than the reward described in section 5 where it applies.

4. Review, Publication and Removal

4.1. Content submitted to the Community Gallery is reviewed automatically, using automated systems including AI, before it is published. Review normally completes within a few seconds; occasionally a post remains pending until review can be completed.

4.2. Automated review is imperfect. It may decline Content that would have been acceptable, and it may allow Content that should have been declined. Where a post is declined, we will tell you the reason we recorded.

4.3. We may decline, unpublish, edit, restrict or permanently delete any Content at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice and with or without giving a reason. We are under no obligation to publish any Content, to keep any Content published, or to preserve or return Content that has been removed.

4.4. We do not monitor or endorse Content published by users. Content reflects the views of the creator who published it.

4.5. You may unpublish your own post at any time from your account. Unpublishing removes it from the public gallery; it does not end the licence in section 3.

5. Creator Reward

5.1. Where a published post reaches 100 likes, we may credit the creator's account with 100 credits.

5.2. One reward per post. A post can earn the reward once and only once, no matter how many likes it goes on to receive. A post with 1,000 likes earns the same 100 credits as a post with 100.

5.3. One reward per creator per week. A creator can receive at most one reward in any calendar week (weeks begin on Monday, UTC). If another of your posts reaches the threshold while you have already been rewarded that week, it remains eligible and may be rewarded in a later week. Eligibility does not guarantee payment.

5.4. Likes from your own account do not count, and accounts newer than 24 hours cannot like posts.

5.5. Credits are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the MeltFlex service. They are not money, not a security, not a stored value instrument and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, gifted, refunded or redeemed for cash, and they confer no ownership or other rights. Credits granted as a reward are not eligible for refund under our Refund Policy.

5.6. Credits are subject to the expiry, forfeiture and plan rules in our Terms & Conditions.

5.7. Rewards are credited to the individual account that published the post, even where that account's usage is otherwise pooled with a team or organisation.

5.8. You are responsible for any tax arising from a reward you receive.

6. We May Change or Cancel the Reward

6.1. The reward programme is a discretionary promotion, not a contractual entitlement or an offer of employment, partnership or agency.

6.2. We may change the like threshold, the number of credits, the weekly limit, the eligibility rules, or any other aspect of the programme, and we may suspend or cancel the programme entirely, at any time and at our sole discretion.

6.3. A change or cancellation may apply to rewards that have not yet been paid, including in respect of posts that have already reached the threshold. Credits already paid into your account will not be withdrawn except where section 8 applies.

6.4. We will publish changes on this page. Continuing to publish Content after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

6.5. Our determination of like counts, eligibility and reward decisions is final.

7. Prohibited Content

7.1. Do not publish Content that:

a. is not a design, render or photograph of an interior, exterior, building, garden or furniture arrangement;

b. contains nudity, sexual content, gore, violence, injury, hate symbols, extremist material, drugs, or weapons as a subject;

c. shows identity documents, licence plates, house numbers alongside street names, screens displaying personal information, or a recognisable person as the main subject without their consent;

d. is spam, advertising, or promotion of another product or service, or contains URLs, email addresses, telephone numbers or social media handles;

e. contains gibberish, repeated keywords, profanity, harassment or insults, or a title or description that does not describe the image;

f. infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or is unlawful in any jurisdiction where the gallery is accessible;

g. is a blank, corrupted or unusable image.

7.2. Content you did not create using MeltFlex may not be published to the Community Gallery.

8. Artificial Engagement

8.1. Do not inflate like counts. This includes creating or using additional accounts, coordinating like exchanges or vote rings, buying likes, using bots or scripts, and any other attempt to obtain likes other than from people who genuinely chose to give them.

8.2. Where we reasonably believe likes have been obtained artificially, we may remove the likes and the post, withhold or reverse any associated reward (including deducting credits already granted, which may take a balance to zero), disqualify the account from the programme, and suspend or terminate the account.

8.3. Outside section 8.2 and section 6.3, credits already granted are not clawed back when a post is later removed.

9. Attribution and Privacy

9.1. Published posts show a display name and, where available, a profile picture taken from your account. Your email address is never shown. If your account has no display name, posts are attributed to "MeltFlex Creator".

9.2. The prompt used to generate a design is published only where you chose to share it for that post. You can change that setting by editing the post.

9.3. Published posts are publicly accessible to anyone with the link, including people who are not MeltFlex users, and may be copied, shared or archived by third parties beyond our control. Do not publish anything you would not want to be permanently public.

9.4. Editing a published post returns it for review, and it is not publicly visible again until review completes.

9.5. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Removing Your Content

10.1. You can unpublish any of your posts at any time from your account, or by emailing info@meltflexai.com.

10.2. Deleting your MeltFlex account removes your posts from the Community Gallery. As set out in section 3.5, the licence you granted survives, and Content already used in materials that have been published or distributed cannot be recalled.

10.3. To report Content published by someone else, email info@meltflexai.com with the link and the reason.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

11.1. The Community Gallery is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted, that any post will remain accessible, or that like counts will be free from error.

11.2. Nothing in these Community Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Community Gallery or the reward programme is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

11.3. You indemnify MeltFlex against claims, losses and costs arising from Content you published in breach of section 2.3 or section 7.

12. Changes to These Community Terms

12.1. We may update these Community Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date above.

12.2. Material changes take effect for posts published after the change. Posts published earlier remain governed by the version accepted at the time, except for sections 4 and 6, which apply to all Content as updated.

13. Governing Law and Contact

13.1. These Community Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
