1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your use of the MeltFlex AI interior design platform at www.meltflexai.com (the “Platform”), operated by MeltFlex s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic (“MeltFlex”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

1.2 By creating an account or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 Nothing in these Terms affects Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer protection legislation.

2. About the Platform

2.1 MeltFlex is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to upload room photos or floor plans, generate AI design visualizations, place real furniture from branded catalogs, and create photorealistic renders of interior spaces.

2.2 The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Access to features is based on Your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access certain features, You must create an account using Your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials.

3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating Your account. You agree to update Your information if it changes.

3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your account. Notify Us immediately at info@meltflexai.com if You suspect unauthorized access to Your account.

3.4 You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 The Platform offers free and paid subscription plans. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on the subscription page of the Platform.

4.2 Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on Your chosen plan). By subscribing, You authorize Us to charge Your payment method on each billing date.

4.3 All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store Your credit card or payment details on our servers.

4.4 Prices are displayed in the currency detected based on Your location. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.5 We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect Your current billing period.

5. Free Tier and Credits

5.1 The Platform offers a free tier with limited credits for AI design generation. Free credits are provided at Our discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5.2 Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in Your plan.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 You may cancel Your subscription at any time. Open the sidebar menu, tap Settings, tap "Edit Profile", tap "Manage" next to Your subscription plan, then tap "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of Your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

6.2 As a digital service, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

6.3 If You are a consumer in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided You have not yet used the service. By using AI generation features after subscribing, You acknowledge that the service has been fully provided and waive Your right of withdrawal for that period.

6.4 If You experience a technical issue that prevents You from using paid features, contact us at info@meltflexai.com and We will resolve the issue or provide a proportional refund.

7. User Content and Uploads

7.1 You retain ownership of all photos, floor plans, and other content You upload to the Platform (“User Content”).

7.2 By uploading User Content, You grant MeltFlex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to You.

7.3 You represent and warrant that You have the right to upload all User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

7.4 You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

7.5 We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

8. AI-Generated Content

8.1 The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate design visualizations, room renders, and furniture placement suggestions (“AI Content”).

8.2 AI Content is generated for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, structural, or interior design advice.

8.3 While We strive for accuracy, AI Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. Furniture dimensions, colors, and materials in renders are approximations and may differ from real products.

8.4 You may use AI Content generated from Your uploads for personal, commercial, or professional purposes (e.g., client presentations, real estate listings), subject to these Terms.

8.5 MeltFlex does not claim ownership of AI Content generated from Your uploads. However, We retain the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

9. Furniture Catalog and Third-Party Products

9.1 The Platform displays furniture products from third-party brands. Product information including prices, dimensions, and availability is sourced from these brands and may change without notice.

9.2 MeltFlex is not the seller of furniture products displayed on the Platform. Purchases are made directly from the respective brands or retailers. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery, or after-sales service of third-party products.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content (excluding User Content and AI Content generated from Your uploads), belong to MeltFlex or our licensors.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without Our prior written permission.

10.3 The MeltFlex name, logo, and branding are trademarks of MeltFlex s.r.o. You may not use them without Our written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or credit systems
• Use automated tools to access the Platform (bots, scrapers)
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the Platform's security or infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's services without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeltFlex's total liability to You for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount You paid to Us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12.3 We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be legally excluded.

13. Account Termination

13.1 You may delete Your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon deletion, Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2 We may suspend or terminate Your account if You breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform Our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemic, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

15.2 If You are a consumer in the European Union, You benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of Your country of residence.

15.3 You may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
