3. Buying Products On Our Website

3.1 To order a Product, You will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.

3.2 Details of the prices for the Products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on Our Website. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of Your order. The price includes VAT, but excludes any delivery charge (which will be informed upon checkout).

3.3 You undertake that all details You provide to Us for the purpose of purchasing Products are correct, that the payment method which You use is Your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any Products.

3.4 We warrant that on delivery, the Products shall:

3.4.1 conform in all material respects with their description;

3.4.2 be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship;

4. Prices and Payment

4.2 After you place an order, You will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the Products have been dispatched ('Confirmation').

4.3 If we discover an error in the price of the Products You have ordered, we will contact You and give you the option of reconfirming Your order at the correct price or cancelling Your order.

5. Delivery

5.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver Your order by the estimated date, but delivery dates are estimates only.

5.3 Risk in the Products passes to You upon delivery. Title to the Products passes to You when We receive payment in full.

6.4 We will reimburse You for returned Products within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7.2 For defective Products, We will either repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a full refund.
